I feel I do need to be compensated for dumb actions that impact me as a developer. Whether it’s as minor as a visual glitch or them being responsible for my game being unplayable for a period of time. (Which already happened)

As a game developer I’d probably give compensation with a code yes.

See, that’s different. You would not just give out free money. And Roblox is a big company, so what are they supposed to give you as compensation.
