This is a really strong expansion of the offers system. Extending Roblox funded discounts beyond avatar items to passes and developer products creates a much more interesting opportunity for both players and creators. Players get access to better value, while creators still receive the normal payout

Any ways to turn this off on certain things?

interesting update, as long as roblox covers it then i’m happy as a developer. would it be possible to extend such a concept to allow developers their own “sales” or dynamic discounts? (with developers losing the X% difference on purchases)

While providing developers with full compensation for discounted items is a good thing, there still should be a way to disable this for specific passes or products. Some paid items require a degree of exclusivity for the game to function properly, and lowering the price of them might cause problems

Can we do the same with Private Servers bought for free by those Roblox plus subscribers? Nobody wants that, hurts monetization and was forced down

Is this a feature that can be opted out per gamepass? I know some of us issue gamepasses at high prices to minimize usage of powerful items and keep them at rare low occurrences (such as powerful guns meant only to be used in rare/low numbers). These gamepasses might be better off untouched in price

Is there actually any reason why you would want this to be turned off? You are still going to get regular amount of robux if players buy stuff for discounted price.

Players will get used to a discounted price and get angry if the discount changes or goes away. Players who bought the item at full price will get angry if they discover an immediately following discount. This kind of stuff happens all the time.
